From October 2008 to March 2009, Instaffs, an investment agency stated that it received 638 client registrations and this was an increase from 570 registrations which happened the previous six months. As per the report by Instaffs, smaller properties with desk space less than 3,000 sq ft have registered a 19% increase in interest in the last six months.

Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent are the two properties whose values have remained untouched even in this economic downfall, reports Instaffs.

With almost 1,200 properties on its list of available sites, Instaffs is on the top with the most number of availabilities, and has said that the bigger companies, distribution hubs and other large commercial establishments have shown the least interest, whereas the small industrial units are making the most enquiries.
